探讨住院医师规范化培训学员廉洁教育的思考

Reflections on integrity education in standardized training of resident doctors

住培学员作为医疗卫生事业的传承者、建设者和创新者,廉洁教育贯穿住培学员成长的全过程,廉洁教育直接关系到住培学员的水平和医疗质量,因此提升住培学员的廉洁意识,夯实拒腐防变思想尤为关键。本文结合作者所在住培基地实际,通过加强对学员的廉洁行医教育,提升廉政法治风险意识,培育学员养成正确的三观、高尚的医德和精湛的医术,为社会储备高素质的医学力量,方能促进和谐的医患关系。

Resident doctors are the inheritors,builders and innovators of medical and health undertakings.Integrity education runs through the whole process of development of resident trainees.It is directly related to the level and medical quality of resident doctors.Therefore,it is particularly crucial to enhance integrity awareness of resident trainees and consolidate their thought of resisting against corruption and preventing degeneration.The discussion of this paper is based on the actual situation of the base where the authors trained resident doctors.Through strengthening the education of integrity in medical practice,we tried to enhance their risk awareness associated with the rule of law,cultivate them to develop correct views about the world and improve noble medical ethics and exquisite medical skills.Such educaton aims to reserve high-quality medical elites for the society and promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
