基于医学影像的3D打印和4D计算机后处理辅助教学方法提高心血管系统教学效果的研究 被引量:2

A Study on Improving the Teaching Effect of Cardiovascular System by Image-based 3D Printing and 4D Computer Post-processing Method

摘要 目的研究3D打印结合4D计算机后处理辅助教学方式,在心血管影像教学中提高住院医师规范化培训质量中的作用。方法选取16名住院医师规范化培训者为研究对象,将其随机分为新教学法组(3D打印结合4D计算机后处理辅助教学方式)和传统教学法组(仅采用传统案例教学方法),每组8名医生。选定心血管影像作为教学内容,由相同的教师授课。教学结束后,比较分析两组学员在理论考核成绩、临床实践技能成绩以及对教学效果的评分。结果新教学法组在理论考核成绩、临床实践技能成绩均优于传统教学法组(P<0.05),提示新教学法组学员在相同教学时间内更好地掌握了复杂心血管解剖和心血管病变的影像学特点。在教学效果评价上,新教学法组明显高于传统教学方法组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术结合4D计算机后处理辅助教学方法有效提高了心血管影像的教学质量和效率。 Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of 3D printing combined with 4D computer post-processing method in improving the resident doctors in cardiovascular imaging teaching during their standardized training period.Methods We randomly divided 16 residents into new teaching method group and traditional teaching method group.New teaching method group received the imagebased 3D printing and 4D computer post-processing method and traditional teaching method group did the traditional case based method.Cardiovascular imaging was selected as teaching content and taught by the same teachers.At the end of the teaching,the scores of theoretical assessment and clinical practice skills of the two groups were compared and analyzed.All residents were asked to complete self-assessment using this new teaching method before and after individualized intensive learning.The data were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and clinical practice skills of the new teaching method group were better than those of the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05),suggesting that the students of the new teaching method group had a better grasp of complex cardiovascular anatomy and imaging characteristics of cardiovascular diseases within the same teaching time.In terms of teaching effect,the new teaching method group was significantly higher than the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D printing technology with computer-assisted post-processing has effectively improved the teaching quality and efficiency of cardiovascular images,which is worthy of exploration and optimization or promotion.
