摘要 目的探讨微信辅助基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学方法在临床麻醉学教学中的应用分析。方法选择2018年6月—2020年12月在我院麻醉科实习的50名本科实习生为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组(n=25)采用微信辅助PBL的教学模式,对照组(n=25)采用传统带教模式,通过考核与调查问卷两种形式进行评价,比较分析两组教学模式在临床麻醉学教学中的应用效果。结果观察组在出科理论考试与操作考试成绩、教学满意度、教学指标评价方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信辅助的PBL教学模式在临床麻醉学教学中的应用效果显著,能明显提高学生的学习成绩、综合能力及学习兴趣,教学满意度高。 Objectives To explore the application of WeChat-assisted problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical anesthesiology teaching.Methods 50 undergraduate interns in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital during June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group(n=25)adopted WeChat-assisted PBL teaching mode,and the control group(n=25)adopted traditional teaching mode.The two groups were evaluated by examination and questionnaire to compare and analyze the application effect of teaching modes for these two groups in the clinical anesthesiology teaching.Results The results of the theoretical examination on completion and operation examination,satisfaction degree of teaching and teaching index evaluation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat-assisted PBL teaching mode can greatly improve students’academic performance,comprehensive ability and learning interest,and has positive teaching effect and high satisfaction degree of teaching.
