多模式教学法在经食道超声心动图教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 经食道超声心动图作为心脏超声检查的一个重要部分,近年来在结构性心脏病、急危重症、麻醉等专业领域受到了广泛重视,相关领域医务人员对掌握该技术的需求与日俱增。但受到其为半侵入式检查、心脏结构复杂、血流动力学难以理解及操作者经验等诸多因素的影响,使经食道超声心动图的教学成为一个难点问题。文章采用授课法、以问题为基础的学习法、真实案例示教法、模拟人实习法及微信等新媒体平台交流学习法等多模式教学法相结合,提高进修医生经食道超声心动图理论基础、操作能力及临床思维。 As an important part of echocardiography,transesophageal echocardiography has received extensive attention in the fields of structural heart disease,critical illness,anesthesia and so on in recent years.The demand of medical staff in related fields for mastering this technology is increasing day by day.However,due to its semi-invasive examination,complex cardiac structure,difficult to understand hemodynamics and operator experience,the teaching of transesophageal echocardiography has become a difficult problem.In this paper,teaching method,problem-based learning method,real case teaching method,simulated human practice method,wechat and other new media platform communication learning method and other multimode teaching methods are combined to improve the theoretical basis,operation ability and clinical thinking of the advanced doctors of transesophageal echocardiography.
