摘要
叙事医学是由叙事能力所实践的医学,是一种新的医学临床实践方式。平行病历作为叙事医学的一种表现形式是在临床教学中引入文学叙事的理念和方法,从而创立的一种新的病案记录形式。平行病历就是通过医者对患者方方面面情况的记录,在此过程中医生对患者产生共情,同时也是医生对整个诊疗过程的思考,从而使医疗活动更趋于完善,更好地为患者服务的过程。目前医学院校的人文教育对于叙事医学的研究和实践尚缺乏足够的关注,平行病历在传染病临床教学中应用尚少,文章通过学生在传染病教学的临床实践初步探讨了叙事医学之平行病历在传染病临床人文教学中的应用方式和价值。
Narrative medicine is the medicine practiced by narrative ability,which is a new way of medical clinical practice.As a form of narrative medicine,the parallel medical record is a new form of medical record which introduces the idea and method of literary narrative in clinical teaching.Parallel medical record refers to the process in which the doctor has empathy with the patient through the patient's records of all aspects of the patient,and it is also the doctor's reflection on the whole diagnosis and treatment process, so as to make the medical activities more perfect and serve the patient better.The current humanity education of medical colleges to narrative medical research and practice is still lack of enough attention, parallel to the medical record was less used in the clinical teaching of infectious diseases, based on the students in the teaching of clinical practice of infectious diseases of preliminary discusses the narrative medicine parallel medical records in the clinical application of humanistic teaching way and the value of infectious diseases.
