临床病理本科住院医师规范化培训的思考与对策 被引量:3

摘要 随着五年制临床医学(定向培养)毕业生的日益增多,临床病理医师本科生的人才队伍得到了补充。目前大多数五年制临床医学本科生毕业后缺乏从事临床病理医师的工作能力。参加临床病理住院医师规范化培训可以有效解决这一问题。而临床病理学是一门涉及范围广、实践性很强的学科。病理医师的成长进步又是一个艰难漫长的过程。在临床病理医师的群体中,本科生学历偏低,在校受教时间最短,并缺少临床病理实践,更容易产生心理压力。本文针对五年制临床医学本科毕业初学者在临床病理住院医师规范化培训实践期间遇到的一些常见问题及解决方案进行探讨,以促进他们在培训期间更加全面的学习,提高个人工作能力的综合素养。 With the increasing number of five-year clinical medicine(directed training)graduates,the talent team of undergraduate clinical pathologists has been supplemented.At present,most five-year clinical medicine undergraduates lack the ability to work as clinicopathologists after graduation.The standardized training of clinicopathology residents can effectively solve this problem.The clinical pathology is a subject with wide range and strong practicality.The growth and progress of pathologists is a long and hard process.Among the group of clinical pathologists,undergraduates have low education background and the shortest time in school with the lack of clinical pathology practice,which is more likely to produce psychological pressure.This paper discusses some common problems and solutions encountered by five years clinical medicine undergraduate beginners during the standardized training practice of clinicopathology residents,in order to promote their comprehensive learning and improve the comprehensive quality of personal working ability.
