临床科室角度规范化住院医师岗位胜任力培养体会 被引量:13

摘要 提高住院医师岗位胜任力是现阶段医学教育的主要任务,临床科室作为医师岗位胜任力培养的主要执行单位,因此是国家住培工作的重中之重。从临床科室角度分析科室规培管理、规培教师及规培学员三个环节在医师岗位胜任力培养中的作用。在科室规培管理方面存在重视程度、监督、反馈、调节能力不足。规培教师方面需加强教师科、教、研能力及个人素养。在规培学生方面存在学生学习动力不足、临床能力参差不齐。教学过程存在临床动手机会少、人文素质培养难于内化、考核制度流于形式、临床科研能力短板。并谈及在教学培训中问题出现的原因及解决方法。用以着实有效的提高住院医师岗位胜任力。 Improving the post-competency of resident’s standardized training is the main task of medical education at the present stage.As the main execution unit for training,clinical departments are the top priority of the national training work.From the perspective of clinical departments,analyze the role of the three aspects of department management,teachers,and students in the training of doctors'competency.There is insufficient attention in department management,supervision,feedback,and adjustment capabilities.In terms of teacher training,teachers need to strengthen their scientific,teaching and research capabilities and personal qualities.In terms of students,there are insufficient learning motivation and uneven clinical ability.In terms of teaching process,there are few clinical operation opportunities,the cultivation of humanistic quality is difficult to be internalized,the formalization of the assessment system,and the shortcomings of clinical research capabilities.Talk about the causes and solutions to problems in teaching and training.Effectively improve the competence of resident doctors.
