老年痴呆患者的精神及社会支持护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Mental and Social Support Nursing for Senile Dementia Patients

目的分析老年痴呆患者的护理需求,评价精神及社会支持护理对患者康复状况的积极影响,为老年痴呆护理工作提供参考。方法选择本院收治的110例老年痴呆疾病患者,对症治疗期间进行护理分组,采取随机法。其中,对照组采取神经内科常规护理,干预组配合精神及社会支持护理。比较两组老年痴呆疾病患者的护理效果以及精神心理、社会支持状况。结果干预组老年痴呆患者的护理总有效率高于对照组,护理后性格、情绪、适应、人际、认知维度等精神心理状况以及客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度社会支持评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神及社会支持护理满足了老年痴呆患者的护理需求,提高了护理质量,稳定了患者的精神心理状况。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with Alzheimer's disease,evaluate the positive effects of mental and social support nursing on the rehabilitation of patients,and provide reference for the nursing work of Alzheimer's disease.Methods 110 patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital were randomly divided into nursing groups.Among them,the control group took routine nursing in neurology,and the intervention group cooperated with mental and social support nursing.The nursing effect,mental and social support of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the mental and psychological conditions such as personality, emotion, adaptation, interpersonal and cognitive dimensions, as well as the scores of objective support, subjective support and social support of support utilization were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mental and social support nursing can meet the needs of patients with Alzheimer's disease, improve the quality of nursing, and stabilize the mental and psychological status of patients.
