摘要
为社会培养人才是高校的基本职责,提升人才培养质量是重要目标。青岛大学材料科学与工程学院经过近几年的探索,基于工程教育专业认证的要求,实施科教融合育人理念,实施“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”模式,采取本科生学业导师制、博士生导师班主任制等措施,借助学院雄厚的科研平台和高水平师资,以科研反哺教学,将科研资源和科研成果转化为教学资源,用高水平的科研支撑高质量的人才培养,全面提升了人才培养质量。
Cultivating talents for the society is the basic responsibility of colleges and universities,and improving the quality of talent training is the most important goal.After several years of exploration,the College of Materials Science and Engineering of Qingdao University begins to implement the concept of science-education integration based on the requirements of engineering education certification,implements the education model of“whole staff,whole process and whole curriculum”,adopts measures such as academic tutorial system and head teacher system of doctoral supervisors,feeds back teaching with research relying on strong scientific research platform and high-level teachers,and supports high-quality talent training with high-level scientific research,which has comprehensively improved the quality of talent cultivation.
