校企合作背景下的职业院校学生院赛体系构建

Construction of Student Competition System in Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation

随着双高校建设的深入和职业院校学生“国赛”改革进程,学生的院级技能竞赛活动如何能在学校今后的发展中发挥出更大的作用?通过对当前学生职业竞赛的重要性和改革趋势分析,在提质培优行动的大环境下,以校企合作为基础,打破两者现有的合作形式,邀请企业与学校开展深度合作,构建一种新的院赛体系。不仅提升院赛在促学、促教、促改等方面的实质性意义,对促进校企合作、产教融合也有着积极作用。通过对体系构建的必要性、构建方法和评价体系如何建立等问题进行了阐述。

With the deepening of the construction of“double first-class”colleges and universities and the reform process of national competition for vocational college students,how students’college-level skills competition activities can play a greater role in the future development of schools has become a very important problem.Based on the analysis of the importance and reform trend of the current students’professional competition,this paper,in the environment of improving quality and cultivating excellent students and based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,breaks the existing forms of cooperation,invites enterprises to carry out in-depth cooperation with schools,and constructs a new system of college competition.It not only enhances the substantial significance of the college competition in promoting learning,teaching and reform,but also plays a positive role in promoting school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.The paper also expounds the necessity of the system construction,the construction methods and how to establish the evaluation system.
