摘要
球形压缩机是一种新的微小型结构容积式压缩机,对其进行运动学分析,建立完善的几何模型具有重要意义。基于微型球形压缩机的结构特点,以空间向量的方式表示活塞、转盘、销轴等部件的运动并进行运动学分析,通过不同坐标系下的空间坐标变换,得到不同时刻压缩机各部件的相对位置,进而建立几何学模型,在此基础上,讨论了活塞偏置角对行程容积的影响以及泄漏线长度计算等。以冰箱用微型球形压缩机为例,讨论了结构参数的选择和计算。
The spherical compressor is a new type of miniature displacement compressors.It is of significance to analyze its kinematics and establish a perfect geometric model.Based on the structural characteristics of the miniature spherical compressor,the movements of piston,rotary disc,central pin and other components are represented in the form of space vectors and the kinematics analysis was performed.Through the transformation of space coordinates in different coordinate systems,the relative positions of the compressor components at different times were obtained,and the geometric model was established,and based on this,the effect of piston offset angle on stroke volume and the calculation of leakage line length were discussed.Taking the miniature spherical compressor for refrigerator as an example,the selection and calculation of structural parameters were discussed.
