摘要
试验选用Ca(OH)2为激发剂,通过室内无侧限抗压强度试验设计掺超细矿粉水泥土配合比。结果表明,固化剂掺量一定时,水泥土无侧限抗压强度随超细矿粉取代率增加逐渐降低,超细矿粉取代率由20%增加至40%时,抗压强度降低显著,为20.6%;水泥掺量对超细矿粉水泥土无侧限抗压强度影响效果最显著,氢氧化钙掺量次之,当水泥掺量≥6%或氢氧化钙掺量≥0.6%时,抗压强度提高幅度较小;当超细矿粉掺量≥4%时,超细矿粉掺量增加1%,其抗压强度提高8.1%以上。建议超细矿粉水泥土室内最佳配合比为水泥掺量6%、超细矿粉掺量8%、氢氧化钙掺量为0.6%。
Ca(OH)2 is selected as activator in the test.The design of mix proportion for the cement soil with superfine mineral powder is carried out through the indoor unconfined compressive strength test.The results show that,the unconfined compressive strength of the cement soil decreases gradually with the increase of the replacement rate of superfine mineral powder when the content of curing agent is fixed.When the replacement rate of superfine mineral powder increases from 20%to 40%,the compressive strength decreases significantly,which is 20.6%;the effect of cement content on unconfined compressive strength of cement soil with superfine mineral powder is the most significant,followed by the content of calcium hydroxide.When the cement content is equal or greater than 6%or the content of calcium hydroxide is equal or greater than 0.6%,the compressive strength increases slightly;when the content of superfine mineral powder is equal or greater than 4%,the content of superfine mineral powder increases by 1%,and its compressive strength increases by more than 8.1%.It is suggested that the best indoor mix proportion of cement soil with superfine mineral powder is 6%cement,8%superfine mineral powder and 0.6%calcium hydroxide.
