Dynamic optimal configuration of multidimensional equipment in distribution network con-sidering the uncertainty of distributed power generation

文章提出了一种考虑分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)不确定性的配电网多维设备动态优化配置方法。首先,基于最小路法构建了考虑DG不确定性及多维设备耦合影响的配电网可靠性评估方法,从网架结构设备、配电自动化设备及带电作业设备3个维度形成了优化配置方案集;然后,从全寿命周期成本(Life Cycle Cost,LCC)的角度出发,建立了单位改造变量的成本及分摊模型;以可靠性为约束、经济性最优为目标,基于网格搜索搭建了面向可靠性提升的多维设备动态优化配置方法;最后,以某区域配电网为例,通过仿真计算验证了模型的有效性。

This paper proposes a dynamic optimal configuration method of multi-dimensional equipment in the distribution network considering the uncertainty of distributed power sources.First,based on the minimum path method,a distribution network reliability assessment method considering the DG uncertainty and the influence of multi-dimensional equipment coupling is constructed,and a set of optimized configuration schemes is formed from the three dimensions of grid structure equipment,distribution automation equipment and live working equipment.Next,from the perspective of Life Cycle Cost(LCC),the cost and allocation model of unit transformation variable is established.Then,taking reliability as constraint and economic optimization as objective,a dynamic optimization configuration method of multi-dimensional equipment for reliability improvement is built based on grid search.Finally,taking a regional distribution network as an example,the validity of the model is verified by simulation calculation.
