高折射率可紫外光固化聚硅氧烷的合成及应用 被引量:2

摘要 聚硅氧烷材料具有高透明性、热稳定性好、耐冷热冲击性能以及低吸湿性和低表面张力等优良性能,在光电子器件、医疗、航天等领域具有广泛应用。以二苯基硅二醇(DPSD)和3-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(MPDMS)为原料,合成了一种可紫外(UV)光固化的低聚硅氧烷(MD-DPS),具有较高的折射率[n=1.539(633 nm)]和低挥发性,可作为发光二极管(LED)封装材料,其固化产物具备优良的耐硫化特性,在硫蒸气下处理4 h后,其光输出效率(LEE)高于商用树脂OE-6630样品40.5%。 Polysiloxane materials have excellent properties such as high transparency,thermal stability,thermal shock resistance,low moisture absorption and low surface tension,and are widely used in optoelectronic devices,medical,aerospace and other fields.In this paper,dihydroxydiphenylsilane(DPSD)and 3-methacryloxypropylmethyldimethoxysilane(MPDMS)are used as raw materials to synthesize a UV-curable oligosiloxane(MD-DPS),which has a higher refractive index(n=1.539,633 nm)and low volatility.This polysiloxane is used as an LED encapsulating material,and its cured product has excellent sulfur resistance.After 4 hours of treatment under sulfur vapor,its LEE is 40.5%higher than that of the OE-6630 sample.
