摘要
随着电子商务高速发展,网上购物业已成为大多数消费者的新选择。其在繁荣互联网经济的同时,与之配套的物流运输行业也获得良好契机。目前,两种典型物流运输模式是以淘宝为代表的第三方物流和以京东为代表的自营物流。文中基于消费者对两种物流方式的调查问卷,利用层次分析法求解出消费者满意度更高的物流配送方式。在此基础上,对当前影响智慧物流在京东乃至物流业推广应用的诸多因素进行了分析,并提出了针对性可操作建议。
With the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has become the choice of most consumers.At the same time of booming Internet economy,logistics transportation industry has been paid more and more attention.At present,two typical logistics transportation modes are the third party logistics represented by Taobao and the self operated logistics represented by Jingdong.Based on the questionnaire of two kinds of logistics,this paper uses AHP to solve the logistics distribution mode with higher consumer satisfaction.On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the promotion and application of smart logistics in Jingdong and even the logistics industry,and puts forward targeted policy suggestions.
