一带一路倡议下跨境电商对区域经济均衡发展的研究

The Study of the Balanced Development of Regional Economy by Cross-borderE-commerce under the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议是新时代下中国根据国内外政治经济文化环境做出的重大决策,为的是加强外贸出口,缓解产能过剩,解决区域发展不平衡问题,加强国际合作,实现互利共赢。跨境电商以其覆盖广、全球化、透明化的优势,能实现生产要素的全市场流通,解决地区资源禀赋差异产生的发展失衡问题。通过实证研究发现,自2013年一带一路实施至2019年的6年时间中,省份GDP的增长率与省内重要节点城市数量、跨境电商交易总额呈现显著正相关性。然而,相对发达地区的跨境电商数量增加,对区域内GDP的增长和增加重点节点城市的动态效应却有着显著不利影响。实证结果验证了跨境电商促进区域经济平衡发展的作用以及一带一路倡议的正确性。

The Belt and Road Initiative and is a major policy decision made by China in accordance with the political,economic and cultural environment in the new era,in order to strengthen export,release overcapacity,solve the problem of regional development imbalance,strengthen international cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.With the advantages of wide coverage,globalization and transparency,cross-border e-commerce can realize the whole market circulation of production factors and solve the development imbalance caused by regional resource endowment differences.It has been 6 years since The Belt and Road lnitiative be proposed in 2019 that the growth rate of GDP of sample province is positively correlated with the total number of important nodes in the city and the total amount of cross-border electricity transactions.The growth rate of GDP in the backward areas of the province along the way is higher than that of the whole province in terms of GDP growth rate.The GDP growth rate is higher than that of the whole province.The empirical results verify the advance and the correctness of“one belt,one road”strategy and the role of cross-border electricity providers in promoting balanced regional economic development.
