摘要
信息管理类课程融入案例教学,是教学改革研究的重要课题。应用NLP教练发问技术应用到案例教学课堂,能有效解决传统教学模式的弊端,提升教师现场课堂组织能力,启发学生积极参与课程教学过程,构建以学生为主体的教学模式。实践证明,改进方法能够极大地提高学生的沟通能力和分析解决问题能力。
Integrating case study into the information management major courses is an important topic of teaching research.Applying NLP coach questioning technology to case teaching classroom can solve the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode effectively,improve teachers on-site classroom organization ability,inspire students to actively participate in the course teaching process,and build a student-centered teaching model.Practice has proved that these measures can greatly improve students communication ability and ability to analyze and solve problems.
