摘要
在当前信息社会化、文化多元化的大背景下,大学生所面临的价值观念、学习态度、人际关系、就业求职等领域的冲突和压力不断加大,致使其心理危机事件时有发生。师范院校中少数民族大学生除了要努力学习以促进自身成长成才外,更肩负着教育下一代的重任,其个人发展情况直接影响到少数民族地区教育的未来发展以及各民族之间的团结。大学生心理健康教育应以预防为主,及早发现、及时处理为原则,积极构建师范院校少数民族大学生心理危机预警机制,对提升少数民族大学生心理素质、促进校园和社会和谐具有重要意义。
Under the current background of information socialization and cultural diversification,the conflicts and pressures faced by college students in the fields of values,learning attitudes,interpersonal relationships,employment and job search are increasing,causing psychological crises to occur from time to time.In addition to studying hard to promote their own growth and becoming talents,ethnic minority college students in normal colleges also shoulder the important task of educating the next generation.Their personal development directly affects the future development of education in ethnic minority areas and the unity of ethnic groups.The mental health education of college students should be based on the principles of prevention,early detection,and timely handling.Actively constructing an early warning mechanism for the psychological crisis of minority college students in normal universities is of great significance to improving the psychological quality of minority college students and promoting campus and social harmony.
