新型城镇化背景下西部城区学前教育发展的问题及策略——以L市C区为例

摘要 新型城镇化背景下城乡统筹发展,农村学前教育发展成绩斐然,同时人口加速城镇化和二孩政策的开放使城区内学前教育需求剧增,城区内“入公办园难”“入民办园贵”的问题依然凸显,家长对城区学前教育满意度整体不高。缓解城区学前教育现有矛盾、提升家长满意度需要从现有公办园合理扩容、政府加大财政投入新建公办园、政府加强向优质民办园购买普惠性学前教育服务的力度、创新学前教育师资队伍建设等方面努力。 Under the background of new urbanization,urban and rural development has been coordinated,and rural preschool education has made great achievements.At the same time,the accelerated urbanization of population and the opening of the two child policy have led to a sharp increase in the demand for pre-school education in urban areas.The problems of“difficulty in entering public kindergartens”and“expensive in private kindergartens”in urban areas are still prominent.The overall satisfaction of parents with urban preschool education is not high.To alleviate the existing contradictions in urban preschool education and improve parents satisfaction,efforts should be made to expand the existing public kindergartens reasonably,increase financial investment in new public kindergartens,strengthen the purchase of inclusive preschool education services from high-quality private kindergartens,and innovate the construction of preschool education teachers.
