成渝泸地区2014-2018年卫生资源配置现状及服务利用分析

Analysis on the situation of health resources allocation and service utilization in Chengdu-Chongqing-Luzhou region from 2014 to 2018

[目的]分析成渝泸地区卫生资源配置状况及服务利用情况,为推动成渝泸地区卫生事业发展提供科学的依据。[方法]采用描述性分析法和对比分析法评价成渝泸地区卫生资源配置状况及服务利用情况。[结果]2014-2018年,每千常住人口床位数重庆市从5.36张增加到了7.10张,成都市从7.49张增加到了8.77张,泸州市从5.33张增加到了7.36张。2018年重庆市、成都市和泸州市每千常住人口执业/助理医师分别为2.46人、3.77人和2.27人,注册护士分别为3.07人、4.80人和2.99人。2018年重庆市、成都市和泸州市住院病人手术人次分别为147.32万人次、118.36万人次和20.71万人次。2018年重庆市、成都市和泸州市病床使用率分别为82.20%、87.84%和88.72%,出院者平均住院日分别为9.39天、10.14天和9.52天。2018年重庆市、成都市和泸州市次均门诊费用分别为210.69元、356.86元和258.85元,人均住院费用分别为6260.40元、10809.74元和8280.58元。[结论]2014-2018年,成渝泸地区床位数充足但卫生人力资源不足,医疗服务利用逐渐下降,医疗费用区域差异大。

Objective To analyze the allocation and service utilization of health resources in Cheng-yu-lu areas so as to provide scientific basis for promoting the development of health services in Cheng-yu-lu areas.Methods Descriptive analysis and comparative analysis were used to evaluate the allocation and service utilization of health resources in Cheng-yu-lu areas.Results From 2014 to 2018,the number of beds per thousand permanent residents increased from 5.36 to 7.10 in Chongqing,from 7.49 to 8.77 in Chengdu,and from 5.33 to 7.36 in Luzhou.In 2018,there were 2.46,3.77,and 2.27 licensed(assistant)physicians per 1,000 permanent resident population in Chongqing,Chengdu,and Luzhou.The number of registered nurses was 3.07,4.80 and 2.99,respectively.In 2018,the number of inpatient surgery person-time in Chongqing,Chengdu,and Luzhou was 1,473,200,1,183,600 and 207,100 respectively.In 2018,the utilization rate of hospital beds in Chongqing,Chengdu,and Luzhou was 82.20%,87.84%and 88.72%,respectively.The average hospital stay of discharged patients was 9.39,10.14 and 9.52 days,respectively.In 2018,the average outpatient expenses per visit in Chongqing,Chengdu,and Luzhou was 210.69,356.86 and 258.85 yuan,respectively.Per capita hospitalization expenses were 6260.40 yuan,10809.74 yuan and 8280.58 yuan,respectively.Conclusions From 2014 to 2018,the number of beds is sufficient but the health human resources are insufficient.The utilization of medical services is gradually decreasing.There are large regional differences in medical expenses.
