社区卫生服务站和村卫生室中医诊疗区建设情况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the construction of traditional Chinese medicine clinic in community health service station and village clinic and its influencing factors

[目的]了解我国社区卫生服务站和村卫生室两类机构中医诊疗区的建设情况及其影响因素,以期为完善我国中医药服务体系提供对策建议。[方法]采用系统抽样加普查的方式,对我国7个城市3129家基层医疗机构进行网络问卷调查,运用描述性分析、卡方检验和二元logistic回归进行分析。[结果]调研地区中医诊疗区建设比例为82.93%,社区卫生服务站中医诊疗区平均面积为(38.06±1.45)m^(2),村卫生室中医诊疗区平均面积为(20.07±0.49)m^(2)。[结论]中医诊疗区建设比例不足,地区、机构类型、是否知晓中医政策、有无中医经费支持等13个因素是我国中医诊疗区建设的影响因素。

Objective To understand the construction and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic in community health service stations and village clinics in China so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine service system in China.Methods A total of 3129 primary medical institutions in 7 cities in China were investigated by means of systematic sampling and general survey.Descriptive analysis,chi square test and binary logistic regression were used for analysis.Results The construction proportion of TCM clinic in the investigated area was 82.93%,the average area of TCM clinic in community health service station was 38.061.45m^(2),and the average area of TCM clinic in village clinics was 20.070.49m^(2).Conclusions The proportion of TCM clinic construction is insufficient.There are 13 factors such as region,institutional type,whether know TCM policy,have or not TCM fund support,etc.what are the influence factors of TCM clinic construction.
