摘要
采用标准6 mm打孔器制备剪纸,将其均匀分布后,转移到导热双面胶基底表面,粘附在半导体制冷片表面,制备了冷热双控温剪纸芯片。该芯片被应用于5-氟尿嘧啶含量测定,便携性好,无需用到特殊仪器设备,可用于该药物的相关制剂(如植入剂、缓释剂)的体外溶出度检测、飞行检查、临床血药浓度监控等领域,应用前景广阔。
A standard 6 mm punch was used to prepare the paper-cut chip, which was evenly distributed, transferred to the surface of the thermal conductive double-sided adhesive, and adhered to the surface of the semiconductor refrigeration chip. The chip is applied in the determination of 5-fluorouracil content, with good portability and no need for special equipment. It can be used in the fields of dissolution detection in vitro, flight inspection and clinical blood concentration monitoring of related preparations(such as implants and sustained-release agents) of 5-fluorouracil, and has broad application prospects.
