化工企业安全管理及消防监督探究

化工行业是我国工业经济的重要组成部分,化工行业的快速发展对社会经济的发展有着重要的促进作用。但是,化工行业又是典型的高危行业,其危险性渗透于生产、存储、运输等各个环节,一旦发生化工企业消防安全事故,后果难以估量。因此,国家将化工企业列为特殊消防场所,不断提高对化工企业的消防安全要求。化工企业的安全运行不仅需要化工企业内部的有效安全管理,也需要消防救援机构做好消防监督。首先,对化工企业的消防安全问题进行分析;其次,重点论述如何正确采取措施开展化工企业安全管理及消防监督。

The chemical industry is an important part of China’s industrial economy. The rapid development of the chemical industry plays an important role in promoting the development of social economy. But the chemical industry is a typical high-risk industry, the risk of chemical enterprise permeates in production, storage, transportation and other links, once the chemical enterprise fire safety accident occurs, its consequences are difficult to estimate. Therefore, the state has listed chemical enterprises as special fire fighting places, and constantly improve the fire safety requirements of chemical enterprises. To ensure the safe operation of chemical enterprises, not only from the effective internal safety management of chemical enterprises, but also need fire rescue agencies to do a good job in safety management and fire supervision. Firstly, the fire safety problems of chemical enterprises are analyzed, secondly, how to take correct measures to carry out the safety management and fire supervision of chemical enterprises is mainly discussed.
