摘要
该研究旨在研制一种防止行CT增强检查时使用高压注射器造成对比剂外渗的装置,保护被检者不受对比剂外渗的损伤。该装置的设计原理是根据对比剂外渗到注射部位皮下周围组织时会引起组织肿胀、血管外组织间隙对比剂积聚,皮肤表面压力增加,利用薄膜式压力传感器检测组织肿胀情况,当压力超过阈值时,控制电路板驱动夹管阀切断高压注射器对比剂经流连接管通道,进而防止对比剂继续向皮下渗透。该装置结构简单、使用方便、感测精度高,可及时切断连接管通道,有效保护被检者。
The purpose of this study is to develop a device to prevent contrast agent extravasation caused by high-pressure syringe used in CT enhanced examination,and to protect the examinee from the injury of contrast agent extravasation.According to the design principle of the device,when the contrast agent permeates into the subcutaneous surrounding tissue of the injection site,it will cause tissue swelling,contrast agent accumulation in the extravascular tissue gap and increase the skin surface pressure.The device uses a thin film pressure sensor to detect the status of tissue swelling.When the pressure exceeds the threshold value,the control circuit board will drive the pinch valve to cut off the passage of the contrast agent through the flow nozzle of the high-pressure injector,thus preventing the contrast agent from continuing to penetrate subcutaneously.The device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use and high sensing accuracy.It can cut off the connecting pipe channel in time,effectively protect the examinee.
