阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与男性勃起功能障碍的相关性研究

Correlation analysis between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and male erectile dysfunction

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)与男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的相关性。方法选取2017年2月至2020年5月重庆市长寿区人民医院接诊的192例男性OSAHS患者作为研究对象。收集可能影响患者ED的因素(包括基线资料、OSAHS检测和临床检测结果),采用国际勃起功能指数5(IIEF-5)问卷评估患者的勃起功能情况,在单因素分析基础上行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 192例男性OSAHS患者中90例(46.88%)存在ED,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)与IIEF-5得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m2、有吸烟史、有高血压病史、AHI>30次/h、最低氧饱和度(LSaO2)>80%、血清总睾酮(TT)低于正常值、一氧化氮(NO)低于正常值、一氧化氮酶合物(NOS)低于正常值、卵泡刺激素(FSH)高于正常值为OSAHS患者合并ED的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS男性患者AHI指数与IIEF-5得分呈负相关,OSAHS合并ED与BMI、吸烟史等因素有关。

Objective To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 192 male OSAHS patients admitted to Chongqing Changshou District People's Hospital from February 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Factors that may affect ED(including baseline data,OSAHS test and clinical test results)were collected.The International Index Erectile Function 5(IIEF-5)questionnaire was used to evaluate the erectile function of the patients,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the basis of univariate analysis.Results Among 192 male OSAHS patients,90(46.88%)had ED,and the sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI)was negatively correlated with IIEF-5 score(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index(BMI)≥25kg/m2,smoking history,hypertension history,AHI>30 times/h,minimum oxygen saturation(LSaO2)>80%,serum total testosterone(TT)lower than normal,nitric oxide(NO)lower than normal,nitric oxide enzyme complex(NOS)lower than normal,follicle stimulation hormone(FSH)higher than normal were the risk factors of OSAHS patients with ED(P<0.05).Conclusions The AHI index of OSAHS male patients is negatively correlated with the IIEF-5 score,and OSAHS patients with ED are related to the BMI,smoking history and other factors.
