摘要
研究发现,HOXA11是同源盒(HOX)基因簇中重要一员,其表达于正常人宫颈组织、子宫内膜、子宫肌层,参与转录因子编码,对细胞的分化和组织的修复具有重要作用。但其异常表达也参与女性各种妇科疾病的形成、发展等过程,是各类妇科疾病诊断、预后评估重要生物标志物。本研究主要分析归纳近年来HOXA11在女性妇科疾病中的研究现状,为今后妇科疾病的预防、诊断、治疗等提供新思路、新方向。
The study found that HOXA11 is an important member of the homeobox(HOX)gene cluster,which is expressed in normal human cervical tissue,endometrium,and myometrium,participates in the coding of transcription factors,and plays an important role in cell differentiation and tissue repair.However,its abnormal expression is also involved in the formation and development of various gynecological diseases in women,and is an important biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of various gynecological diseases.This study mainly analyzes and summarizes the research status of HOXA11 in female gynecological diseases in recent years,and provides new ideas and new directions for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in the future.
