摘要
目的探讨抗磷脂综合征(APS)患者血浆晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)表达与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月协和武汉红十字会医院诊治的134例行IVF-ET助孕的APS患者作为研究对象。依据血浆RAGE、AMH表达中位数将研究对象分为高表达组(n=63)及低表达组(n=71)。检测RAGE、AMH水平并分析相关影响因素。结果两组不孕时间、血浆RAGE、AMH表达比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与低表达组比较,高表达组优胚数、可移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率、活产率均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不孕时间是影响APS患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的独立危险因素,RAGE、AMH、可移植胚胎数是独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论APS患者血浆RAGE、AMH表达水平可能用于预测IVF-ET妊娠结局.
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE)and anti mullerian hormone(AMH)in plasma and the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in patients with anti-phospholipid syndrome(APS).Methods 134 APS patients with IVF-ET assisted pregnancy in Wuhan Red Cross Hospital were selected,and divided into high expression group and low expression group according to median expressions of RAGE and AMH in plasma.The levels of RAGE and AMH were detected,and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in infertility time,expressions of RAGE and AMH in plasma(P<0.05);compared with the low expression group,the number of excellent embryos,the number of transplantable embryos,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the high expression group were all higher(P<0.05);infertility time was an independent risk factor of IVF-ET outcome in APS patients,and RAGE,AMH and the number of transplantable embryos were independent protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression levels of RAGE and AMH in plasma of APS patients may be used to predict the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET.
