摘要 目的:探讨参加长期规律的瑜伽锻炼对绝经后女性的身体形态、骨密度、肌力的影响。方法:选取60名上海市区绝经后5-10年的女性参加18月的瑜伽锻炼,分别检测锻炼前和锻炼18个月后的身体形态、骨密度和肌力等指标。结果:经过18个月的瑜伽锻炼后,60名绝经后妇女的身体形态指标中大腿围、腰围、体脂重量、体脂百分比、体重指数、腰臀比、皮下脂肪含量得到了的明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。体重较瑜伽锻炼前有减轻,但差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。骨密度和肌力比瑜伽锻炼前有增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:长期规律的瑜伽锻炼可以显著改善绝经后女性的身体形态、骨密度、肌力等指标。 Objective To investigate the effect of long-term regular yoga exercise on the body shape,bone mineral density and muscle strength of postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 60 women with 5-10 years after menopause in Shanghai were enrolled in the yoga exercise program for 18 months.The body shape,bone mineral density and light intensity indicators were measured before and after 18 months of exercise.Results After 18 months of yoga exercise,improve the physique indexes of 60 postmenopausal women in the thigh circumference,waist circumference,body fat weight,body fat percentage,body mass index,waist hip ratio,subcutaneous fat content was obtained,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Body weight was lower than yoga before exercise,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Bone mineral density and muscle strength increased more than yoga before exercise,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Long term regular yoga exercise can significantly improve the body shape,bone mineral density and muscle strength of postmenopausal women.
