对物体表面不同消毒方式的消毒效果及抑菌时间的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过比较不同种类消毒方式擦拭物体表面,为临床实践选择最优的消毒方法。选择院内ICU三个病区共计33张床位进行以下分组,A组为可固化复合长链季铵盐湿巾组;B组为纱布加75%乙醇组;C组为复用消毒毛巾加0.5%含氯消毒剂组。分别对其消毒后5 min、8 h及24 h进行采样,观察其擦拭消毒效果及抑菌时长等。结果发现可固化复合长链季铵盐湿巾与含氯消毒剂抑菌时间无明显差异,但消毒湿巾使用依从率高于其他两组。75%乙醇与其他两种消毒方式相比,消毒物体表面效果较差,抑菌时间较短。本研究显示可固化复合长链季铵盐类消毒湿巾消毒效果好,价格低廉,使用便捷,可以提高医务人员环境物体表面消毒的依从性。 Wipe the object surface through comparing different kinds of disinfection methods,and choose the best disinfection method for clinical practice.There were 33 beds in hospital ICU ward for the following three groups,A group is curable composite long chain quaternary ammonium salt wipes group;B group is gauze and 75%ethanol group;and C group is reuse disinfectant towel and 0.5%chlorine disinfectant group.The 5min,8 h and 24 h were sampled respectively,and the wiping effect and antibacterial time were observed.The results found that the curable long chain ammonium wipes and chloride disinfectant,but the compliance rate was higher than that of the other two groups.Compared with the other two disinfection methods of 75%ethanol,the surface effect of disinfection objects is poor,and the antibacterial time is shorter.This study shows that solid phase long chain composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfection wipes have good disinfection effect,low price and convenient to use,which can improve the compliance of surface disinfection of environmental objects of medical personnel.
