摘要 将月桂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸和油酸等脂肪酸应用于洗衣液配方,以氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和三乙醇胺做中和剂,考察了不同脂肪酸和中和剂对洗衣液稳定性、黏度等理化指标以及去污、泡沫等性能指标的影响。结果表明,同一洗衣液基液配方,短碳链、不饱和脂肪酸较长碳链、饱和脂肪酸与洗衣液其他组分配伍性好,同一脂肪酸不同中和剂对其在洗衣液中应用稳定性的影响没有显著差异;不同脂肪酸和中和剂对洗衣液黏度的影响差异较大;添加不同脂肪酸和中和剂洗衣液对炭黑污布的去污性能差别不大,对于蛋白污布和皮脂污布,去污性能随脂肪酸碳链长度增加而提高;脂肪酸碳链越长,洗衣液的即时泡沫越高,添加油酸采用氢氧化钾做中和剂的洗衣液的消泡速度最快。 With sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide and triethanolamine as neutralizers,lauric acid,myristic acid,palmitic acid,stearic acid and oleic acid are used in laundry detergent formulations.The effects of different fatty acids and neutralizers on the physical and chemical indicators such as the stability and viscosity of the laundry liquid,as well as the performance indicators such as decontamination and foam were investigated.The results show that in the same laundry liquid formula,short carbon chain,unsaturated fatty acid have better compatibility with other components of laundry detergent than long carbon chain,saturated fatty acid,and there is no significant difference in the influence of different neutralizers on the application stability of the same fatty acids in laundry detergent.Different fatty acids and neutralizers have different effects on the viscosity of laundry detergent.The addition of different fatty acids and neutralizers laundry detergent has little effect on the decontamination performance of carbon black stained cloth,for protein stained cloth and sebum stained cloth,the decontamination performance increases with the increase of the fatty acid carbon chain length.The longer the fatty acid carbon chain,the higher the instant foam of the laundry detergent.Adding oleic acid and using potassium hydroxide as the neutralizer has the best defoaming effect.
