大学生就业质量指标体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Employment Quality Index System of College Students

随着我国史上“最难就业季”的来临,大学生就业工作成为关系到国计民生的大问题,引起社会的广泛关注。为了更好地解决大学生就业问题,提高大学毕业生就业质量,构建较为完善的就业质量指标体系显得尤为重要。本文通过文献法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法等研究方法构建大学生就业质量指标体系、就业质量指标体系权重分配及实证研究。通过对就业质量指标体系的构建,进一步探索提升大学生就业质量的出路。

With the constant renewal of the"most difficult employment season"in the history of our country,the employment of college students has become a major issue that is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and has attracted wide attention from the society.In order to better solve the employment problem of college students and improve the employment quality of college graduates,it is particularly important to construct a relatively well-grounded employment quality index system.This paper takes literature research,questionnaire survey,Delphi method and other research methods to construct college students employment quality index system so as to establish employment quality index system weight distribution and to carry out empirical research.Through the construction of employment quality index system,we hope to further explore the ways to improve the employment quality of college students.
