The Entrepreneurial Development of University Spin-Off Company Based on the Perspective of Social Capital--A Case Study of IFLYTEK

本文基于社会资本视角考察大学衍生企业的衍生发展过程,针对社会资本是如何促进人工智能领域大学衍生企业创业发展的这一研究问题,以人工智能领域代表性的大学衍生企业--科大讯飞为研究对象,采取单案例研究方法对其创业发展历程进行深入细致的演化分析,探讨结构、关系、认知维度的社会资本在大学衍生企业创业发展过程中的具体作用和机制,以期为中国大学衍生企业的创业发展提供借鉴。

This paper studies the developing process of university spin-off company from the perspective of social capital,aiming at the research question of“How does social capital promote the development of university spin-off company in the field of artificial intelligence”.The research takes IFLYtek,a representative university spin-off company in the field of artificial intelligence,as the research object,and adopts the method of single case study to conduct in-depth and detailed evolution analysis of its entrepreneurial development process,discussing the specific role and mechanism of social capital in the development of university spin-off company in terms of structural dimension,relational dimension and cognitive dimension,and providing references for the development of university spin-off company in China.
