摘要
研制了一种复合聚氧乙烯醚类辅助捕收剂YS-02J,其与油酸捕收剂混合作用时可大大提高油酸在低温条件下的浮选性能,并能大幅度降低油酸用量。将辅助捕收剂YS-02J应用于湖南某萤石矿浮选,矿浆温度10℃时,以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为脉石抑制剂、油酸为捕收剂,在原矿CaF2品位16.21%条件下,一粗一扫四精闭路试验获得了CaF2品位96.63%、回收率82.97%的萤石精矿指标。
YS-02 J,a composite polyoxyethylene ether,was developed as an auxiliary collector.When used together with oleic acid for mineral processing at low temperature,YS-02 J can greatly improve its flotation performance and reduce its dosage.With sodium carbonate,sodium silicate,oleic acid and YS-02 J respectively as regulator,gangue depressant,main collector and auxiliary collector,a fluorite ore from Hunan with CaF2 grade of 16.21%was floated at 10℃.Using a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,one stage of scavenging and four stages of cleaning,a fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 96.63%can be obtained at a recovery of 82.97%.
