摘要
对某企业碱性含铊重金属废水进行了电絮凝法实验研究,考察了废水中锰离子初始浓度、溶液初始pH值、通电时间、电流密度等参数对锰、铊去除效果的影响。结果表明,电絮凝法能够深度去除废水中锰和铊;在pH=10.0、通电时间10 min,极板间距1 cm、电流密度6.25 mA/cm^(2)的最优条件下,锰和铊去除率分别为98.86%和95.21%,处理后废水水质达到GB31573—2015排放要求。
Electroflocculation was applied to the treatment of alkaline wastewater from an enterprise,and the effects of initial manganese concentration,initial pH,conduction time and current density on the removal of manganese and thallium were investigated.The results show that the process of electroflocculation can deeply remove the manganese and thallium from the wastewater.Under the optimal conditions,including pH of 10.0,conduction time of 10 min,plate spacing at 1 cm,and current density of 6.25 mA/cm^(2),the removal rates of manganese and thallium can reach 98.86%and 95.21%,respectively.It is shown that the quality of wastewater after treatment meets the requirements of GB 31573—2015.
