摘要
以天然生物高分子壳聚糖为原料制得的薄膜因其原料易得、成本低廉、可生物降解等优良特点具有广泛的应用前景,但通常纯壳聚糖薄膜存在机械性能较差、水阻隔率较低、抗菌性较弱等不足,对此可以通过制备多组分复合膜的方法进行改进。利用壳聚糖、乳酸和单宁酸三者制备复合膜,研究了单宁酸添加量对复合抗菌膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,当壳聚糖与乳酸的质量比为1:1、壳聚糖与单宁酸的质量比为100:4且固化并未改变壳聚糖结构的情况下,复合膜具有较高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。此外,复合膜还具有优良的抑菌性能和抗氧化性能。
Thin films made from natural biological polymer chitosan are widely used because of their easy raw materials,low cost,biodegradable characteristics,but usually pure chitosan films have poor mechanical performance,low water barrier rate and weak antibacterial properties,which can be improved by the preparation of multi-component composite film.The preparation of chitosan,lactic acid and tannin has studied the effect of the tannin addition on the structure and properties of the composite antibacterial film.The results showed that the tensile strength and fracture elongation when the mass ratio was 1:1,the mass ratio of chitosan to tannic acid was 100:4,and the composite film had high tensile strength and fracture elongation.In addition,the composite film also has excellent antibacterial properties and antioxidant properties.
