摘要 爆裂是非常严重的纸箱质量缺陷之一,行业内称之为爆线,一旦发生既影响产品外观视觉效果,也影响产品物理力学性能,造成严重的经济损失。针对爆线问题,本文重点分析产生的原因,并在分析传统解决办法的基础上提出我司采用的便捷模拟加湿通道解决方案,即运用天桥上搭大棚的形式。通过大量测试,其数据表明此方案能通过锁住水分来解决秋冬季节瓦楞纸板爆线的问题,大大提升了公司的产品质量和经济效益。 Cracking is one of the most serious carton quality defects,which is called Cracking line in the industry.Once it happens,it not only affects the visual effect of the product appearance,but also affects the physical and mechanical properties of the product,causing serious economic losses.In view of the problem of burst lines,this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes,and on the basis of the analysis of traditional solutions,proposed our company adopted a convenient simulation of humidification channel solution,that is,the use of greenhouse on the bridge.Through a large number of tests,the data show that this scheme can solve the problem of corrugated cardboard burst line in autumn and winter season by locking water,and greatly improve the company’s product quality and economic benefits.
