摘要
文章结合工作实际,对宁夏农业农村领域优化营商环境具体措施落实情况作了梳理总结,对存在的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了对策建议,以期为农业农村领域优化营商环境建设提供参考。
To optimize the business environment is aimed to solve the prominent contradictions that restrict economic development.It is to accelerate the reforms in key links and important areas.The national governance system and modernization of governance capabilities can provide institutional guarantees forhigh-level openness and high-quality development.Based on actual situations in Ningxia,the specific measures to optimize the business environment in agricultural and rural areas were summarized.The existing problems were analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,hoping to provide references for the optimization of business environment in agricultural and rural areas.
