丁苯酞联合依达拉奉对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者CTRP9及IL-10变化的影响

Effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone on changes of ctrp9 and IL-10 in patients with T2DM complicated acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者CTRP9及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的变化影响。方法选择确诊的2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者180例为研究对象,随机分为实验组及常规对照组,每组90例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用丁苯酞治疗,检测2组患者治疗前及治疗2周后CTRP9及IL-10的变化。结果治疗2周后,2组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),2组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者CTRP9水平明显升高(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05),且实验组患者CTRP9水平高于对照组,IL-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CTRP9与IL-10水平呈负相关性(r=-0.274,P<0.05),与其他指标没有相关性。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉可能改善2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的炎症水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone on the changes of ctrp9 and IL-10 in patients with diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=90) and the conventional control group(n=90). The control group was treated with edaravone, and the experimental group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group. Results After two weeks of treatment, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the level of ctrp9 in the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of IL-10 decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of ctrp9 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of IL-10 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Ctrp9 was negatively correlated with IL-10(r=-0.274,P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with edaravone can effectively improve the complications of T2 DM inflammatory level of acute cerebral infarction.
