“围井而居、傍井立市”模式下历史街区价值评价研究——以乐平周家巷为例

Research on the Value Evaluation of Historic Blocks in the Model of"Living Surrounding Well and Building City by Well":Taking Leping Zhoujia Lane as an Example

"井"既是城市发展的关键要素,也是历史文化街区价值发掘的重要切入点。文章结合乐平市周家巷历史文化街区的实践,分析了其"围井而局、傍井立市"的空间组织模式,并从历史遗存价值、历史环境价值、历史文化价值、社会生活价值四个方面,探讨了古井与历史街区内民居建筑、空间聚落、传统文化、市井生活之间的关系,论述了古井建造在街区历史价值形成中所发挥的作用,为相关历史街区保护规划和研究提供参考。

"Well"is not only the key factor of urban development,but also an important entry point for the value exploration of historical and cultural blocks.Combined with the practice of zhoujiaxiang historical and cultural block in leping city,this paper analyzes the spatial organization mode of the historic block with"well"as its feature,which"surrounds the well and sets up the city".It also discusses the relationship between ancient Wells and residential buildings,spatial settlements,traditional culture and civic life in historical blocks from four aspects,namely,the value of historical remains,historical environment,historical culture and the value of social life.This paper discusses the role of the ancient well construction in the formation of the historical value of the district and provides a reference for the protection planning and research of the relevant historical district.
