中国共产党教劳结合思想百年发展历程与经验启示

A Research on the Development of the Thought of the Combination of Education and Productive Labor in the Educational Policies of the Communist Party of China over the Past 100 Years

摘要 教育与生产劳动相结合是促进人的全面发展的有效途径。中国共产党自成立以来就根据不同时期革命和国家建设的需要,创造性地将马克思主义教劳结合思想同中国实际结合起来,在不同历史时期赋予教育与生产劳动相结合以不同的时代内涵,并不断进行实践探索。总体来看,在党的百年教育方针引领下教劳结合思想经历了起步与萌芽、改造与泛化、调整与重建、建构与融合四个发展阶段。坚持和发展教劳结合思想要将人的全面发展作为教劳结合思想的价值导向,要将服务国民经济社会发展作为教劳结合思想的重要任务,同时也要将坚持与时俱进作为教劳结合思想发展的基本原则。 Combining education and productive labor is an effective way to promote the all-round development of human beings.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has creatively combined the Marxist idea of combining education and productive labor with Chinese reality according to the needs of the revolution and national construction at different periods,giving different connotations to the combination of education and productive labor at different historical periods,and continuously carrying out practical exploration.In general,under the guidance of the Party’s educational policies over the past 100 years,the thought of combining education and productive labor has gone through four stages of development:starting and germination,transformation and generalization,adjustment and reconstruction,and construction and integration.In the future,to adhere to and develop the thought of combining education and productive labor,we should take the comprehensive development of human beings as the value orientation of the thought,take serving the national economic and social development as the important task of the thought,and take insisting on keeping up with the times as the basic principle of the development of the thought.
