陶行知教育改进思想内涵的发展历程及其动因

摘要 伟大的人民教育家陶行知将改进思想贯穿其一生的教育实践中,提出了较为系统的教育改进思想。他将教育改进定义为坏者变好,好者向更好不断动态变化的过程。在不同的阶段,陶行知教育改进思想的概念表达与内涵也不尽相同,教育改造、教育改进、教育改革、教育改良、教育革命等概念都曾不同频率地出现在陶行知的著述中。陶行知教育改进思想主要经历了以改造、改良、改革为主和以教育革命为主的两个阶段。促使陶行知教育改进思想表征的概念不断变化,教育改进思想内涵不断丰富发展的原因主要包括政治、国情、反思和试验等。 Tao Xingzhi,an outstanding people’s educator,put forward the idea of improvement of education by implementing improvement into education.He defined educational improvement as a dynamic process in which the bad becomes good and the good gets better.His thought of educational improvement mainly experienced two stages:transformation,improvement and reform,and education revolution.In different stages of improvement,the change of the connotation of the thought of educational improvement is closely related to the background of Tao Xingzhi’s life and the gradual maturity of his thought.The change causes of the connotation of his thought of education improvement can be summarized as follows:education should attach equal importance to politics,the improvement of education should carry out the principle of adapting measures to local conditions,keep innovating in the self-examination,and check the development in the experiment.
