摘要
教育家个体成长研究认为,每位教育家的成长历程既潜隐普遍性的同,又存在特殊性的异。在特定的时代、地理、家庭、学校、教育、学术、媒体等自然与社会环境诸因素之交织的、动态的、综合的影响下,李吉林历经准备阶段、成长阶段、曲折阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段、超越阶段,在61年小学教育生涯中,汲汲求真,在41年情境教育研究之路上,漫漫求索,最终从小学教师成长为大教育家。立基、立志、立足、立学、立新、立群、立德、立功、立言、立范,是其留下的十大启示。
The study of individual educators’growth history suggests that each educator’s growth history has both universal similarities and specific differences.Under the interwoven,dynamic,and comprehensive influence of the natural and social environment factors such as specific era,geography,family,school,education,academia,and media,Li Jilin went through the stages of preparation,growth,tortuous development,contextual teaching,contextual education,contextual curriculum,and contextual learning.During his 61 years in primary education and 41 years of research in contextual education,he drew truth and sought it out,eventually growing from a primary school teacher to a great educator.The ten inspirations he left behind are:establishing a foundation,building ambitions,having a foothold,treating studying as the main task,being innovative,forming a social group for cooperation,fostering virtue,making a success of oneself,writing books to advance one’s theory,and becoming a role model of others.
