耗差法与正平衡修正法耦合分析的燃煤机组煤耗评估

Coal Consumption Evaluation of Coal-fired Units Based on Coupling Analysis of Consumption Difference Method and Positive Balance Revised Method

针对某电厂两台燃煤机组煤耗数据偏差较大问题,对两台机组发电、供电煤耗进行对比评估。通过查验机组运行参数、入炉煤煤质数据、灰渣可燃物、掺配方案、机组指标统计表等数据,基于能耗指标数据,采用耗差法对煤耗影响因素进行分析,同时采用正平衡修正法对供电煤耗数据进行分析和修正计算,最后得出相关结论。

In view of the large deviation of the coal consumption data between two coal-fired units in a power plant, coal consumption of the two coal-fired units is compared and evaluated. Through checking the relevant historical data such as operating parameters of the units, data of fired coal properties, ash and slag combustibles, blending schemes, units’ index statistical tables, etc., consumption difference method is used to investigate the factors which impact coal consumption based on energy consumption index data. At the same time, positive balance revised method is used to analyze and correct the coal consumption data. At last the relevant conclusions are drawn.
