摘要
分析了一起110 kV GIS终端环氧套管根部法兰面产生异常裂纹的故障,结果表明,当GIS终端顶部导电套与GIS仓导电杆的装配精度不足时,导电杆可能会在GIS终端环氧套管上产生形变应力,最终破坏环氧套管,根部法兰处形成的裂纹导致气体泄漏引发故障,最后提出了防止GIS发生漏气故障的建议。
This paper analyzes a failure case of abnormal crack on flange root of epoxy bushing.When the assembling accuracy of the conductive sleeve on the top of the GIS terminal and the conductive bar of the GIS warehouse is not enough,the conductive bar may cause deformation stress on the Epoxy Sleeve of the GIS terminal,and finally destroy the epoxy sleeve.Cracks on epoxy bushing of GIS terminal cause failure and eventually leading a gas leakage.At the end of the article,suggestions of preventing GIS SF6 leakage are put forward.
