摘要 本文针对辅助调频模式下协调控制非线性、汽温汽压波动大的问题,构造出一种新型控制器。首先基于滑动窗滤波器构造出高性能PI控制器(HPPI)控制器和超前观测控制器(HPLO),然后将HPPI与HPLO串联成新型控制器。对于大惯性系统,HPPI能够更有效地提高跟踪常值扰动的效率,更好地消除系统稳态偏差。HPLO则能提前获取响应信息,提高控制性能。锅炉主控的智能前馈策略能够快速响应负荷变化,同时修正压力和汽温的偏差。本文通过分析、仿真和实际应用,验证了新型控制器和智能前馈策略的有效性。 This paper introduces the construction of a new type of controller to solve the problems such as the non-linearity of the coordinated control and the large fluctuation of the steam temperature and pressure in the mode of auxiliary frequency modulation.A high-performance PI controller(HPPI)controller and an advanced observation controller(HPLO)can be constructed based on the sliding window filter,then the HPPI and the HPLO can be connected in series to form a new controller.For large inertia systems,the HPPI can more effectively improve the efficiency of tracking constant disturbances and better eliminate steady-state deviations of the system.The HPLO can obtain the response information in advance and improve the control performance.The intelligent feedforward strategy of the main control of the boiler can quickly respond to load changes and simultaneously correct the deviations of the pressure and steam temperature.Through relevant analysis,simulation and practical application,the effectiveness of the new controller and intelligent feedforward strategy can be verified.
