摘要
本文对地下厂房式大型水电站设备设施巡检现状进行了分析,总结了国内水电站设备设施巡检的先进经验、手段,并结合地下厂房式电站运行的特点,提出了智能巡检系统功能需求及建设内容。智能巡检系统应主要从监控趋势报警、工业电视画面分析、红外温度测量、油色谱在线监视、智能机器人、无人机巡检等方面展开建设,多手段、全覆盖采集现场数据,开发设备参数、图像自动识别分析系统,以实现现场三漏、超温、超压、趋势劣化等异常情况自动报警,减轻人为工作量,并大幅提升运行安全。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the inspection of the equipment and facilities in the underground power house-type large hydropower station,summarizes advanced experience and methods of the inspection,and puts forward the functional requirements and contents of construction of the intelligent inspection system based on the operating characteristics of the hydropower station.The intelligent inspection system should be constructed in the aspects of the monitoring trend alarm,the industrial TV picture analysis,the infrared temperature measurement,the online oil chromatogram monitoring,the intelligent robot and the UAV inspection and so on.Field data should be fully collected with different means,and equipment parameters as well as the automatic image identification and analysis system should be developed,to realize automatic alarm of such abnormal conditions as three leakages,over temperature,over pressure and trend deterioration,reduce human workload and greatly enhance the security of operation.
