Analysis of the Disinfection Quality Monitoring Results in Ningxia Medical Institutions from 2016 to 2018

摘要 目的了解宁夏各级医疗机构消毒质量现状,预防医院感染事件的发生。方法采用现场采样和微生物检测的方法,对宁夏3113所医疗机构的消毒质量进行监测和评价。结果2016—2018年共采集样品21496份,合格20298份,总体合格率为94.43%。三年间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.56,P<0.05),并呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=18.98,P<0.05)。8类监测项目中,室内空气合格率为89.42%,其余7类监测项目合格率均超过90%,灭菌医疗器械合格率为99.37%。不同级别医疗机构监测项目总体合格率比较,三级医疗机构合格率最高,一级及以下医疗机构合格率最低(P均<0.001),室内空气、医务人员手、环境物体表面、使用中消毒液、紫外线杀菌灯、消毒医疗器械、灭菌医疗器械合格率随医疗机构级别的升高而上升(P均<0.05)。结论宁夏一级及以下医疗机构消毒灭菌质量有待提高,同时应加强室内空气、紫外线杀菌灯的监测。 Objective To understand the current situation of the disinfection quality in Ningxia medical institutions at all levels,and to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial Infections.Methods On-site sampling and microorganism detection were adopted to monitor and evaluate the disinfection quality of 3113 medical institutions in Ningxia.Results A total of 21496 samples were collected from 2016 to 2018,of which 20298 were qualified,and the overall qualified rate was 94.43%.The difference in qualified rate between years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.56,P<0.05),showing an increasing trend year by year(χ^(2)=18.98,P<0.05).Among eight monitoring items,the qualified rate of indoor air was 89.42%,the qualified rate of the other 7 types of monitoring items was more than 90%,and the qualified rate of sterilized medical devices was 99.37%.Comparing the overall qualified rate of monitoring items of medical institutions at different levels,tertiary medical institutions had the highest qualified rate while the primary and lower medical institutions has the lowest(P<0.001).The monitoring qualified rate of indoor air,hands of medical personnel,surface of environmental objects,disinfectant in use,ultraviolet germicidal lamp,disinfection of medical equipment and sterilized medical device increased with the level of medical institutions(P all<0.05).Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of the primary and lower medical institutions in Ningxia needs to be improved,meanwhile,the monitoring of indoor air and ultraviolet germicidal lamp should be strengthened.
