摘要
针对高速公路深层软基路基拼宽设计施工中,由于新旧路基固结程度的不同,软基处治不良必然造成新旧路基差异沉降、路面纵向裂缝等,目前拼宽路基管桩施工常见工法为低填方一次平台、高填方二次及多次平台等,由于管桩设备进场、运输及施工限制,多次平台施工困难及成本高,为此广东开阳高速扩建项目(水口至白沙段)采用先填筑施工平台+一次施工管桩并取得良好的效果。
Due to the different consolidation history and degree of old and new subgrade,poor treatment of soft foundation will inevitably lead to differential settlement of new and old subgrade and longitudinal cracks of pavement in the design and construction of deep soft foundation subgrade of expressway.At present,the common construction methods of pipe pile for widening subgrade are one time of low fill,two time and multiple platform of high fill,etc,It is difficult to construct the platform for many times and the cost is high.Therefore,the full one time filling construction platform is adopted to construct the pipe pile in Kaiyang extension expressway of Guangdong Province,and good results have been achieved.
