木质素纤维对SMA沥青混合料中沥青用量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过不同纤维掺量、形状下的肯塔堡飞散试验以及谢伦堡析漏试验,研究纤维对SMA沥青混合料中沥青用量的影响。研究结果表明,随着纤维用量的增加,混合料飞散损失呈现先减小后增大的趋势,纤维掺量与沥青用量之间存在一个合适的对应关系,这一关系与纤维本身的实际吸油率有关;随着纤维掺量的提高,混合料的析漏损失呈现逐渐减小的趋势,且二者之间存在较好的线性关系;在SMA-13沥青混合料配合比中,0.3%的沥青用量是一个下限值,建议在SMA-13沥青混合料中纤维掺加量按照不低于0.4%控制较好;未打散的颗粒状木质素纤维在混合料中分散不均匀,一方面会造成沥青混合料整体路用性能的下降,另一方面,在施工中也容易引起路面泛油等现象,对路面抗滑造成不利影响。 This paper Studied on the effect of fiber on the amount of asphalt in SMA asphalt mixture by tests for the different dosage and shape of fibre in the Kempten scattering test and the Schernburg leak test.The results of the study indicate that basically fails to meet the standard.With the increase of the amount of fiber,the scattering loss of the mixture shows the trend of decreasing first and then increasing.There is a suitable corresponding relationship between the fiber content and the amount of asphalt.This relationship is related to the actual oil absorption rate of the fiber itself.With the increase of fiber content,the leakage loss of the mixture shows a decreasing trend,and there is a good linear relationship between the two.In the blending ratio of SMA-13 asphalt mixture,the 0.3%asphalt amount is a lower limit value,and it is recommended that the fiber dosage in the SMA-13 asphalt mixture can be controlled to be not less than 0.4%.Undispersed granular lignin fibers are dispersed unevenly in the mixture,which on the one hand will result in a decline in the overall road performance of the asphalt mixture.On the other hand,it will easily cause road surface oiling during construction.This will have an adverse effect on road surface slippage.
