教育评价改革背景下完善《中国英语能力等级量表》的思考 被引量:10

摘要 《中国英语能力等级量表》(以下简称《量表》)颁布实施以来,在我国的英语学习、教学与测评中发挥了“车同轨、量同衡”的作用。在深化新时代教育评价改革背景下,量表可以为形成性评价、终结性评价及增值评价提供连贯统一的参照标准。为更好地服务我国外语教育评价,除持续加强宣传外,《量表》自身也需进一步完善,如以语言活动为单位开发《量表》的补充版,建立语料库对《量表》的描述语进行标注,基于《量表》构建其他语言能力等级量表等。 China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE),since its release,has been playing a more and more important role in bringing English teaching,learning,and testing in China into the same track and standards.In the movement towards deepening educational assessment reform in the new era,CSE may be used as a unitary and consistent standard for summative assessment,formative assessment,and value-added assessment in English language education.CSE,to be better suited to foreign language education assessment in China,should be further improved and made known to more stakeholders.In addition to what has been released,CSE may be amended by adding more descriptors based on typical language activities,building a descriptor bank with tagging information,and providing more useful information for the development of other language standards.
